Two stories:

1. After realizing I was accidentally violating my hospitals bylaws by using the new 2023 E/M guidelines, I posted about it on LinkedIn. I was surprised to hear Dr. Ronald Hirsch mention me and that post on a Monitor Monday episode. He suggested it "takes a village" to know everything. To his point, there's simply too much information for one person to know. We should work together and help each other learn and grow.

2. My CDI manager has an email chain with other CDI managers from around the country. They email each other to get ideas of how others are solving problems and questions that might come up. I thought to myself, "Why can't we do something like that...but make it more public?" So...here we are!
